Cleaning the Workshop - Page 58

Getting into the second compartment

These tools are a real treasure for me. A friend gave me these. He had them and was not using them nor did he plan to. That is a Stubai drawknife which is similar to my Henry Boker but a little lighter and real treat to use. The froe and the right handed shingle hatchet or broad hatchet are going to be wonderful to work with. Drawknife, froe, and broad hatchet from a friend.
Once again the table fills with stuff this time from the second compartment from the right. stuff this time from the second compartment from the right
The compartment is vacuumed and blown clear in the corners. I intend to put drawers in these sections. They are too deep to just put things in them. It gets lost at the back. The compartment is vacuumed and blown clear in the corners.
This pile of circles is for marking logs for cutting. I like them better than compasses. Sizes range from 4" to 18" This pile of circles is for marking logs for cutting

Look at the curl in this paper. When I bought it a few years ago it was flat but humidity changes got to it. I bought it at an army surplus store for next to nothing and it has been great. At 800 grit with a stiff backing it will likely be around still for quite a while. Sandpaper that curled from the changing humidity in the workshop
