Small tools from the temporary table have been returned to the bottom shelf. Note that a couple of egg cartons have made their way to the workbench in the meantime. |
Inside the egg cartons are used golf balls, one of those chores for dads to do. My daughter carves golf balls. In order to do so needs to have the covers removed. Guess who gets the pleasure? For now the golf balls go to the project section.
A lot of things happen in the shop that have nothing to do with turning or carving. These brackets will eventually be finished and used to hang eaves trough. The jig is used at the drill press to ensure that each is drilled uniformly.
I found an old friend that needed a blast of cleansing air and resetting where he can see what goes on.
Those broken cabinets that were removed from the lathe have been replaced with a couple of units that I had on hand.
As I was emptying the broken cabinets I found a bunch of small clamps I again got from a dollar store. These are great. If you find something like this, I advise buying one and seeing if it is any good before buying more. What looks good in the dollar store may act more like a dime at home. |
