The upper edge has been cleaned up somewhat with the 45° tool and the bottom is closer. Note the insect damage about 1/3 of the way up on the edge. It is filled with fine powder from the larvae.

  an accent is left for the edge

A quick blast with the air hose and an accent is left for the edge. The inside is not too bad given the nature of the cutter the piece, and a rather poor photo.

Both are seen a little better here. I have hollowed the piece leaving an "island" to be removed with the straight tool.
