Wood Turning a Birch Vase
Stumped, but enjoying it.
| I refine the base to pedetal stem a little and prepare to clean up the edges a bit. |

| Refining cuts make a difference. |
|
| However, a bit closer examination reveals some more bark to come off. |
|
| So the base line is refined as is the pedestal. |
|
| I bring up the small rest so as to get the tools closer to the work. |
|
| A little more refining and it will be time to sand and part this off. |
